During isolation my child has been very bored and had nothing to do, could you please advise me in what I should do? (Bored, Helpme)

It looks like that you need an activity that will engage your child and make them do something. On our website we have a feature article and a quiz to help you with just this, if you can get your child to take the quiz, it will suggest an activity he could do during isolation!

During isolation I have become in need for a way to easily share documents and other files with my team, can you please help? (Files, Team)

Of course, I think that google drive would be the perfect tool for you and your team. You will be able to share all sorts of files and collaborate and work on them at the same time. In order for this to work you will need a google account but that is very easy to create.

During isolation I have needed to use video conferencing platforms more than ever, can you please recommend a good one? (Talk, Others)

Definitely, I think that zoom would be the best video conferencing platform for you to use. The advantages compared to other platforms are that any operating system is compatible, it shows up to 40 people on screen and has a chat function. Other platforms do have some of these features but not all of them. Do be mindful that on the free version you only get 40 minutes per conference, but you can easily start another one or pay for the premium version.

Since online school began, I have needed to buy a computer for my son in year 10, what would you recommend? (Lap, Hugh)

The sort of computer you would buy depends greatly on your budget. If your budget is greater than $2000 then a MacBook Air is an amazing laptop but if your budget is lower, then a laptop such as the HP 14-inch Athlon would do just fine.
